The pool and hot tub require the magnetic pool fob to open and have childproof locks on the gates, just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob to unlock the gate, basketball court open to all, tennis and pickle ball courts (please bring your own equipment for these), there are also cornhole and shuffle board courts (the equipment for these can be signed out on the honor system in the lobby, cameras do record the lobby) the lobby also has a workout area available to owners and guests, plus feel free to walk the boardwalk, pier, restaurants, beach all steps away from the condo. You can also fish off the seawall or pier for free. This is part of a unique boutique community with amenities on the manatee river and Tampa Bay and Charter Fishing fleet. Please call the Marina directly to make boat slip reservations and charter trips, boat trailers are not allowed to be parked around the Inn but can be accommodated in the grass lot across from the Marina Caribbean-inspired elegance at Little Harbor, the beachfront location on Tampa Bay a short drive from the best local attractions. Please note Bahia Beach at Little Harbor is on the South shore of Tampa Bay, this is NOT the open Gulf. If you are looking for bigger beaches St Pete Beach or Sarasota Beach are about 50 minutes away.
